1.3 This Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gambling Policy. By accessing or using pk2win, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
1.4 pk2win targets adult users in Pakistan and other eligible markets. All content on this Platform is in English. If you have questions about how your data is handled, please refer to Section 16.

In this Policy, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
3.1 The Data Controller responsible for your Personal Data in connection with pk2win is the operator of the Platform. Contact details for data protection enquiries are provided in Section 16.
3.2 Where third-party Data Processors handle your Personal Data on our behalf (such as payment-processing partners or identity verification providers), they do so under contractual obligations that require them to maintain appropriate security standards and use your data only as directed by pk2win.

8.2 As a general principle: account data and transactional records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the closure of your Account, in line with standard AML and regulatory record-keeping requirements. KYC documents may be retained for longer where required by applicable law.
8.3 Anonymised or aggregated data (which cannot identify you) may be retained indefinitely for internal analytics and business intelligence purposes.
8.4 When Personal Data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data destruction procedures.
9.1 Depending on the data protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction, you may have some or all of the rights described below in relation to your Personal Data held by pk2win.
You may request a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you and information about how it is being processed.
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data held about you.
In certain circumstances, you may request deletion of your Personal Data. This right is not absolute and may be limited by legal obligations.
You may request that we restrict the processing of your Personal Data in certain circumstances while a request or objection is assessed.
Where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means, you may receive your Personal Data in a structured, machine-readable format.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes. We will cease such processing unless we can demonstrate compelling grounds.
9.2 To exercise any of the above rights, please contact our Data Protection team using the details in Section 16. We will respond to verified requests within one calendar month of receipt, or notify you if an extension is required.
9.3 We may need to verify your identity before processing a rights request. Requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive may be refused or subject to a reasonable administrative fee.
10.1 pk2win uses cookies, web beacons, pixel tags and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform and improve user experience.

11.1 pk2win implements technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the risk associated with the processing of your Personal Data. These include:
11.2 While we take all reasonable steps to protect your Personal Data, no system is entirely immune to security threats. You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials confidential and for notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
11.3 In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, pk2win will notify affected users without undue delay in accordance with applicable notification obligations.
12.1 As an internationally operating platform, pk2win may transfer your Personal Data to countries outside your country of residence, including jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.
12.2 Where such transfers occur, pk2win ensures appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other recognised transfer mechanisms, to ensure your data is protected to an equivalent standard.

13.1 pk2win is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly collect or process Personal Data from any individual under the age of 18, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction.
13.2 If we become aware that Personal Data has been collected from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated Account. We may retain a minimal record of the Account solely for the purpose of preventing future registration by the same individual.

14.2 Payment providers referenced on pk2win — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC and USDT — are listed as familiar payment context for Pakistani users only. They are independent entities with their own privacy policies. Their mention on this Platform does not imply endorsement, affiliation or any data-sharing arrangement with pk2win.
14.3 We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with in connection with your use of pk2win.
15.1 pk2win reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material — for example, where we introduce a new processing purpose or change how we share your data — we will provide reasonable advance notice via a Platform notification or email to your registered address.
15.2 The "Last Reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when this Policy was most recently assessed and updated. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
15.3 Your continued use of pk2win following the effective date of any amended Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amendments, you should close your Account and cease using the Platform.
16.1 If you have questions, concerns or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or the processing of your Personal Data by pk2win, please contact our Data Protection team through the following channels:
16.2 We aim to acknowledge all data protection enquiries within 72 hours and to provide a substantive response within one calendar month of receipt of a verified request.
16.3 If you are not satisfied with our response to a privacy concern, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection supervisory authority in your jurisdiction. pk2win will cooperate with any such investigation in good faith.
