1.2 By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
1.3 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform and must close your account immediately.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, to register an Account on pk2win. Access to the Platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
3.2 You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity) and must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party when using the Platform.
3.3 You may not register an Account if you are located in or ordinarily resident in a Restricted Territory. Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy or any other means to circumvent geographic restrictions is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.4 Employees, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of the operator and its affiliates are prohibited from registering or maintaining an Account.
The 18+ age requirement does not constitute a representation that gambling is legally permissible under Pakistani law for any individual. Users in Pakistan must independently assess their legal position before registering.
4.1 To access the full features of the Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete and current information. You represent and warrant that all information submitted during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and up to date.
4.2 Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual ("multi-accounting") constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pk2win will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.4 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately via Live Chat or the Help Center.
Accounts are denominated in a currency selected at registration. Pakistani users are advised to confirm the available account currency options before completing registration. All PKR figures quoted on this Platform are illustrative examples and the actual currency of your account may vary.
5.1 pk2win is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all registered users in accordance with applicable international standards. By registering, you consent to the conduct of these checks.
5.2 You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time: a valid government-issued photo identity document (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence); proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months); proof of payment method ownership; and, where applicable, source of funds documentation.
5.3 Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. pk2win reserves the right to suspend an Account pending the outcome of KYC or AML review, during which period deposits may also be restricted.
5.4 All documentation submitted for KYC purposes will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. The following are referenced as payment methods familiar to Pakistani users: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC and USDT. These references are for informational context only. pk2win does not imply endorsement, affiliation or support by any payment provider for any gambling service. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice.
6.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your Account's deposit section at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your Balance upon successful processing.
6.3.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and confirmation that all applicable Wagering Requirements on any Bonus Funds have been met.
6.3.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit wherever operationally possible. pk2win reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Where currency conversion is required, the exchange rate applied will be that prevailing at the time of the transaction. pk2win does not guarantee any particular exchange rate.
7.1 All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game or market rules applicable at the time of placement. Game-specific rules, odds formats and settlement procedures are published within each market or game interface.
7.2 Odds on sports markets — including Pakistan cricket ODIs, T20Is, PSL fixtures, ICC tournament matches, football leagues and UFC events — are subject to change up to the point of market closure. Accepted bets are locked at the odds displayed at the time of placement.
7.3 pk2win reserves the right to void any Wager where a manifest error in odds, pricing or market data is identified, where the Wager was placed in breach of these Terms, or where evidence of match fixing or integrity irregularities is present.
7.4 Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed on slot titles are theoretical illustrative examples based on long-run probability calculations. Actual results for any individual session will vary and may differ materially from the stated RTP range.

8.2 Promotional offers referenced on this Platform — including but not limited to birthday rewards (illustrative range: up to PKR 2,000 at Bronze tier, up to PKR 5,000 at Silver tier, up to PKR 10,000 at Gold tier) and referral credits (illustrative: PKR 1,000) — are subject to qualification requirements. 8.3 pk2win reserves the right to withdraw, modify or suspend any promotional offer at any time. Where an offer is withdrawn after a User has already qualified, any accrued entitlement will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
8.4 Any attempt to exploit, abuse or circumvent promotional terms — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or systematic exploitation of mathematical errors — will result in the cancellation of Bonus Funds, reversal of associated winnings and potential account closure.
8.5 Only one active bonus may be held per Account at any given time unless otherwise expressly stated in the promotional terms.

10.4 pk2win enforces a strict minimum age policy. 18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Any user found to be under the minimum age will have their Account closed immediately and any deposits returned subject to applicable AML procedures.
11.1 All content on the pk2win Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the exclusive property of pk2win or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.
11.3 The pk2win name, logo and all associated marks are proprietary to the operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk2win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.
12.2 pk2win shall not be liable for any loss of funds arising from technical failures, payment-provider delays, connectivity issues, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to power outages, network disruptions, or regulatory interventions.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
12.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
13.1 pk2win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at any time and without prior notice, where: (a) there is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms; (b) there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity; (c) regulatory or legal obligations require it; or (d) the Account holder is identified as being under the minimum age.
13.2 Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, pk2win may withhold any Balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a material breach has occurred, the withheld funds may be forfeited in whole or in part.
13.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Real-money Balances will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following satisfactory completion of all outstanding KYC checks.
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk2win holds its applicable operating licence. Specific licensing jurisdiction details are available from the operator upon request.
14.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact our support team and allow a reasonable period for resolution. pk2win is committed to addressing all genuine complaints in a fair and timely manner.
14.3 Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence.
15.1 pk2win reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a Platform notification or email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
15.3 The "Last Reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently assessed. The date of publication of any revision will be shown upon update.
